About me.

I am Kelly McCann, Ph.D., RYT200, a licensed psychologist and yoga instructor. I offer an embodied approach to healing, integrating evidenced-based therapies, yoga, and mindfulness practices to enhance well being. I specialize in trauma recovery and am comfortable working with a wide range of other therapeutic needs.

I draw primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and am trained in EMDR and a variety of other models. You are not broken and I am not here to fix you. Rather, I can offer guidance to help you establish practices through which you can connect with your own inner wisdom, resilience, and healing.
