Individual therapy.

Space to Breathe offers individual therapy specializing in trauma recovery. Honoring what we know about change, we will plan to work together for a series of 4, 8 or 12 sessions surrounding a specific goal or intention. These series’ invite us to focus our efforts for a set period of time, step away and rest at the end of the series, then return for another series as needed.

Groups.

Traumatization can disrupt our natural ability to connect with and seek comfort in others. Group healing practices encourage these parts of systems to restore trust and remember we are not alone.
